    I ordered and paid for this product back in August. Was then informed in October that they ship them out a month behind so the package that I paid for in August was too late for September which would have been fine if it wasn’t now November and I still have yet to see a package. They keep running me around telling me that they were searching for it in the mail and that they will look it up and I have not yet seen a package come through the mail. You really shouldn’t promise people things if you’re not going to send out the boxes.

    This had been a terrible experience! I ordered a 3 month subscription for my cousin in December and she still has received nothing! I’ve emailed several times and only received a response from Priscilla once asking me the order number (when the order what was clearly attached) than never hearing from anyone again. Awful service. Don’t waste your money. Pretty sure it’s a scam.

    My parents ordered the subscription for my daughter back in December 2017 for Christmas with her first box due to arrive in January. Nothing ever came. My daughter emailed multiple times they emailed once asking the name and what not. She responded with the info and they never got back to her again. So disappointing. Customer service is terrible and obviously I can’t speak to the product as it’s nonexistent for us.
