If I could give them a lower rating I would. Horrible customer service, they don’t answer the phone or their email. They don’t send what you pay for they send junk. They still owe me for last month plus the extra item they promised me. I should’ve canceled last month!!!!!
I resigned up because of a promo they offered. The price was supposed to be $108 shipped. Charged me $159. Never responded to my email. Box arrived and it was a bunch of crap. Personalized dog tags, personalized bottle opener, personalized leather dog tag, a cheap knife with a flashlight on it, a carabiner cup, two jerky sticks and a fire starter cedar puck. I could get all of this and more for the price they charged me. I hope they respond to my email. I have done a few other boxes, but none have been this bad. I have done many box subscriptions, but this is the worst. I cannot recommend this at all. Battlbox, TacPac, Crate Club, all are much better with better items.
