Crap, wish I had read the reviews before jumping on this. I had seen another ‘knife crate’ box thing that had generic knives (MTech) but can’t find it so I got this one. Charged me $27 that day, so I guess now I play the waiting game.
I also can’t seem to find where to log-in and see my account or even cancel anything. This will be interesting.
Where’s my box??? Paid over a month ago
I ordered the 50 dollar package 15 days ago and haven’t received any emails or tracking number when do they ship and how do I find out about my order they already took my money out of my account
Unfortunately that’s how they are. ☹️ We’ve been getting knives through their sister company and it’s a crap shoot on whether or not you know when the box ships. Not to mention, they dropped the name brand knives from our plan without telling us just so they could create a more expensive plan for the name brands. Pretty sketchy company with piss poor customer service.
