I ordered a grab bag from them almost 2 months ago directly from their site, since I was getting “going out of business” emails and figured I’d support them on their way out and snag a deal in the process.
No updates. No replies to my (initially very patient and understanding) inquiries. And definitely no package.
I feel swindled, and it’s not just me as I saw similar experiences shared in their cratejoy reviews before it closed down. If I can’t get my purchase delivered, or a refund, or even a response… all I can do is write a review.
