Driftaway is, quite literally, the perfect subscription service. Not only do they have a delicious and carefully curated product (seriously, each package of coffee is so wonderfully detailed it’s like getting a free geography lesson!), but the customer service is ridiculously on point. My interactions with them have been prompt, friendly and personable. If there is a hiccup in my service, they apologize and implement a correction before I even notice. In addition, the website and app are very well done; novice coffee fiends like myself can enjoy learning about the bean and perfecting our brew. And the price? Right on point. I cannot recommend this service enough!
