I have been getting the boxes for about a year and my granddaughter loves them. I was billed $37 in March and have yet to receive the box. I’ve have been trying to reach them by phone but haven’t had any luck. I hate to cancel with credit card company but I’m not sure what else to do
still waiting for my grand daughter’s mid October box. When trying to contact them, kept getting run around. Is there any direct way to find out where this box is? They took my money out of my bank account the first of October
