The Special Miracles - Box of Smiles is a monthly subscription service that sends out 3-6 pieces of jewelry directly to your door every month, with a retail value up to $90.
Because Special Miracles is about advocating for Down Syndrome Awareness, each box will have at least on piece of jewelry that promotes awareness. This could be in form of a bracelet, necklace or charm.
