I just purchase a 3 month glam beauty box in Jan 2025 and it was great buy not only that but they have a great selection of fine jewelry too which I purchased last min. For a wedding gift and it was delivered in 3 days! I don’t know what the other person talking about but I’d highly suggested you do your own research, there is always 2 sides to every story. Facetreasures is a great business, I highly recommend.
What a scam. Ordered on 17 Nov, well before xmas, and definitely enough time for international delivery to arrive by xmas.
After 3 weeks of no updates, I reached out to them on 7 Dec to request tracking info, and was given the run around, with excuse after excuse.
Claimed items were shipped out the day before (6 Dec) but tracking info will not update until it clears customs (hey, I wasn’t born yesterday).
Also that their office was not open each time I enquired due to time difference (just another lame excuse. Was still ignored even when I made sure to enquire within their office hours for the umpteenth time)
After hounding them and being given lame excuses for a week, they finally updated R3 shipping info on 14 Dec, and I finally received the items on xmas eve. Items received were underwhelming at best. They were mostly sample sized and definitely not worth what I paid. Also, shipping label stated item was shipped out by them on 13 Dec, and not 6 Dec as was claimed by them.
Luckily I gave them up for a lost cause early, when they started with all the excuses and I managed to buy alternative gifts elsewhere in time for xmas.
I purchased a “Hello Kitty” pendant & chain which arrived in 4 days, my items were packaged safely and the Kitty pendant surprisingly had a lot of weight to it and was so sparkly.
My next purchase with Facetreasures will be their monthly jewelry box which I will be giving to family around the holidays as long as I can customize it.
I enjoyed their products and have had no issue, I’ve ordered many times and as you can see so have many others. I don’t know why it’s showing the business as closed?
Face Treasures is a scam. They sell sample sized products and charge full price yet have photos of full size items on their website so customer thinks that’s what they’re getting, the full size item.
This is a great box if Skin care and makeup is you thing. They now have a lifestyle box that has a little of everything in it which made it a great gift this holiday. I highly recommend.
FaceTreasures is an awesome box! I get their All Essentials Lifestyle Box which includes everything under the sun including Jewelry which is my favorite. I got a 3 month subscription because of their free box promo. As of the time I write this, All the Prepaid 3/6/12 month subscriptions come with Free boxes. I seen that the 12 month gives you 3 free boxes – That’s Crazy!
I really love this box! Facetreasures hands down is the best skincare box out there & the most under rated! They have excellent reviews and so worth the 27$ . I received 13 fullsize beauty sheet masks one month than I received 10 sheet masks plus 2 fullsize bottles of dr. Brandt the month of November. I just cant believe how MUCH they give.
