The base membership currently costs $9.99 per month but gives you $20 in shopping credit on the e-commerce site. At this tier, you’re essentially making $10 a month to shop! Spring curation seasonal boxes will begin shipping in mid-March. Summer curations will begin shipping in mid-June. Autumn curations will begin shipping in mid-September and winter curations will begin shipping in mid-December. Annual members always have their seasonal boxes shipped first.
At the beginning of each season, you will be invited to select your favorite product and add it from The Shoppe, which ships with curation. The selection dates for each season are as follows:
Spring Curation: Mid-February
Summer curation: Mid-May
Autumn Curation: Mid-August
Winter Curation: Mid-November
After confirming your final selection, you will be billed and an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Members of the Annual Plan will be charged $349.99 (and applicable taxes) once a year. For members of the Seasonal Plan, $125 (and applicable taxes) will be charged at registration and each subsequent season. In addition, you will have the option to upgrade to an annual membership and save $50 per year while earning $100 for The Shoppe.
CURATEUR uses UPS Surepost and UPS Ground for all orders within the United States. UPS Surepost will use the United States Postal Service for final delivery of your shipment. Note that the curation will be dropped off at the front door without confirmation or signature. It is the member’s responsibility to receive the curation and allow it to be delivered to an address unattended without being signed at the time of delivery. Rachel Zoe, the Head of CURATEUR, selects several fashion, beauty and lifestyle products worth over $400 each season. Curation members can choose from five of these. Some are “choice items,” which means you can choose between them, and some are not.
If you are an existing member, log into your account and click the “Make your selections” button next to your membership plan. You will see your upcoming curation and can select your choice item, shop add ons and/or edit your selection.
All curations purchased are final sale and non-refundable. CURATEUR is currently not accepting returns for curation boxes, individual products or add-on purchases. This includes all items purchased from The Shoppe at any time. If you do not receive the curation or the product is damaged, you must notify the company by email within 4 weeks or the company will not be responsible for lost or damaged items and will not be able to offer exchanges or refunds.
Since every curation is individually created, CURATEUR does not offer the option to exchange any items.
You need to update your billing and shipping information before you can be billed. After logging in to your account, also access the Account Details tab on your account dashboard. From the submenu, select Billing Information to update the billing address, or select Shipping Information to update the shipping address. Click Edit under the address you want to change, then click Save when the update is complete. You’re good to go!
Horrible attitudes at this company!! The quality of product and service just keeps deteriorating. Cancelled my account as I never did get my summer box and had to fight to get my money back. AVOID…they need to go to business school. Rachel Zoe needs to treat people with respect, not just her celeb friends but the people that keep her in business
I’m officially done with them once I receive my summer box. Well if that even happens since they had “supply issues”. This is the third time boxes have been delayed to one item. Its been almost two months and nothing! They should give a huge discount for seasonal members. It must suck for the ones who are annuals. This is extremely poor service for a box that is very pricey.
I’m with the below reviewer, AVOID!! Horrible customer service. I placed my order on 11/29/21, followed up multiple times, and still nothing. They said it’s because of the supply chain and they’re waiting on one item?! My question is, why wouldn’t they at least mail everything else, and WHEN/IF the other item ever shows up mail it separately?! They should at the very least take that responsibility, but instead, I get responses with purchase something in their Shoppe and they’ll give you a free gift…it’s mindblowing. So basically zero customer loyalty. I’ve had three friends sign up because of my recommendation, I will no longer recommend this box or anything Rachel Zoe related.
Avoid this company like the plauge. I placed my order on 12/8/20. Then I recieved an email on the 14th saying that my package had shipped with a tracking number. However, the only update the tracking ever gave was “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item”. I contacted customer service on the 18th, 21st, and 23rd. Each time they assured me that the box had been shipped and to wait until the 30th. How they expected the package to get delivered without it being scanned once is beyond my comprehension. I contacted them yet again on the 12/30 and 1/4 but neither message was replied to. I had to make a credit card dispute to get my money back. Horrible customer service.

I emailed early december and received an automated cancellation of order WITHOUT REFUND. They invited me to re-subscribe ‘if it was a mistake’, however the cancellation was triggered I have no idea. I guess they oversold the winter box and didn’t want to honor the black friday promo on the next fulfillment?
BUYER BEWARE. FULLY CHARGED AND RECEIVED NO BOX. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT RESPOND.
I love this box because it always offers a really thorough and cohesive curation. It’s not always to my taste, but when it is, it knocks it out of the park. That said, they always offer a discount for new subscribers, so I recommend unsubbing each month to check out the spoilers and any new deals they may have.
