Have contact several times and gotten no response. It’s been 3 months and not the first hat but they had no problem taking the money out of my account. Scam!!! Do not purchase..
I saw the reviews and looked into the owner (Josh Phoenix) and turns out it’s no wonder why nobody ever received their orders. The owner has a long history of arrests, narcotics charges (Felony), DUI’s and failed businesses. Turns out he’s also habitually involved in domestic abuse cases. What a shit show, don’t ever buy from this shitty company. I’m all for people getting back on their feet’s but this guy is a bonafide piece of garbage.
I purchased a 6 month subscription as a gift and only ever received one hat. I contacted them for months and have never heard anything back. Do not purchase from them.

I have been very disappointed in your customer service!! I did this subscription for my wife for Christmas. You took 2 payments from my account, never sent any hats. I wrote 3 emails before finally I got a response back saying hats would be shipped immediately. After 3 weeks of waiting emailed again!!!! Hats were then shipped and received but they were men’s hats!! As you recall my subscription was for my wife who is a woman!! That does not wear men’s hats!! This will now be the 3rd attempt to either get my money back or 2 women’s hats!! I can certainly write a negative review each week if that’s what it will take to satisfy my original order!!
