This company is a HUGE SCAM. do not give them any payment info, period. They will never refund you if they fail to ship, and blame you for their system issues. They’ll also say your sub is canceled and then randomly take money. Huge scam! If you read reviews and their BBB reviews its full of comments about being scammed. Avoid at all costs.
I have repeatedly tried to contact this company. Money has been taken from my account but I still haven’t received a tracking number. This is only my second month in this subscription. I just want to talk to a human!!!!
This company is doing a Bait and Switch on it’s customers and it is upsetting Sorry but Vegan Leather is Not what they advertise as being what you are subscribing to .
This what they advertise “Bolzano is a monthly women’s accessory brand that prides itself on high-quality handcrafted Italian leather handbags. They offer a Purse only subscription as well as a Purse and Accessories subscription.”
Vegan Leather IMO is cheap and not a high Quality Italian Leather I would be very upset getting Vegan Leather.
