Good luck if you have any issues since customer service is extremely unhelpful. No one that responds has anything to do with Annie’s and everyone points fingers at someone else. I went back and forth with them just to get simple questions answered that ultimately were never answered, such as “how many skeins of each color yarn come in the total project?”. They also do not include any tracking information at all so it’s a crap shoot when the kits will show up. It’s also extremely overpriced. Paying an exorbitant amount of money per month does not make you a valued customer at all. Sure, I learned a ton from the kit. But I could have learned it on my own via blogs, youtube, and other paid services like Ravelry. What a waste. I will never recommend this to anyone, and I will not be purchasing any further subscriptions from Annie’s. I’d send this review directly to them, but again, they do not care!
I have the first set. I find the instructions inadequate. There is no stitch guide so I can check my gauge before beginning. The suggestion is to crochet the strip and then measure it. That is a ridiculous suggestion, when I can crochet a sample if you will give me the information. Also you use the term harbor and do not define it. I am paying a large amount for this project and expect better instructions.
