I reviewed this company in January and now give them a 1 star – I wish you could rate NO stars, The issues continued with the boxes I had paid for in January and February. I insisted on getting the subscriptions in the boxes pictured on the website instead of a dilapidated, reused box with a conglomeration of sale items of no use to anyone including 4 and 7 year olds. He said he had run out of boxes so it would be a while before I would get the next boxes. I emailed him numerous times in January and February wanting the status on the boxes. Of course, the payments were taken out of my account via Paypal. FINALLY on March 9, I requested that the subscription be stopped and I wanted a refund for January and February. On March 10, I received emails from Paypal stating that refunds had been started and then another email stating the refunds were cancelled. I contacted Austin, who stated the money had come out of their account and it was a “glitch” that he would talk to his Paypal rep. On March 18, after hearing nothing and no refund, I called Paypal. Paypal stated that the refund was cancelled due to insufficient funds!!!! Austin has 10 days to respond to Paypal and Paypal will process the refund if he does not. Thank goodness I used Paypal, but its unfair that he does not have to cover his expense. What kind of business does not have enough money in their account to cover a less than $200 refund????? I cannot say enough times – DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR. THEY ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you look at the reviews on their website there are only 2 – both from Austin – NONE from an actual customer – that should speak volumes.
I ordered 3 3 month subscriptions for my granddaughters for Christmas. Austin emailed and said he would pack all 3 subscriptions in one box. The first box was mailed but was not received. I filed a lost mail claim and Austin said he would mail another one. After a week or so with no communication, I contacted Mouse Merch again. Austin said he had been sick so box was finally in the mail.
I was totally disappointed when I received it last week. It is for 3 girls- 1 age 7 and 2-age 3. It contained 5 items? Two pop dolls, a mug, a Christmas apron. I asked him how this was supposed to be divided up. He said friends were helping him make the boxes and put in value rather than amount? He said to divide it up however I wanted???
The box appears to be a conglomeration of clearance items. I am very disappointed. I’m hoping the next months boxes are better and more age appropriate. At the cost of the boxes, I expected more attention to detail.
I ordered a large or xl dream box for my friend’s birthday and it didn’t drive so I emailed the company and was contacted by someone named Austin. He had some far fetched excuse as to why it hadn’t come. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but when it still didn’t come and the UPS tracking number says label created but not yet shipped, I reached out two more times only to be ignored. I paid $80 for a box I never received. I reported this company to the BBB and then realized that many people have had the same experience with this company. So disheartening. I opted to buy some handmade Disney items from a legit business.
Perfection. The box I got came with more merchandise than I expected. I also left in my notes that I loved Star Wars and I loved Mickey Rice Crispy Treats! I got 2 treats and a bunch of Star Wars! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is a true Disney fan and wants a magical experience!
Everything was shipped fast and on time! They even included extra merch!
They didn’t send me my boxes and kept charging me. They didn’t respond to my emails and blocked me on Facebook and deleted my comments on Instagram. I they did eventually come. I get it small businesses need good reviews. Well instead of ignoring them they should do something about it. I didn’t have a great experience but gave ample amounts to help fix it. I would love to recommend them if they just own up to their mistakes. But until then I would be cautious. Did I end up getting my boxes? Yes but took time and stress on my part and that is not “happiness” as they say they deliver. On a side note I get life happens. But life happens for your customers too. And sometimes they want something to make them happy not cause stress.
