I’ve received my package every month, but the value for the money is extremely low and multiple parts were not only super common, but also used. It’s a fun surprise and the stickers and magnets are fun, but not worth the money. The daily deals can also be somewhat deceptive, they show a pic of cool stuff and send humdrum common parts so when it’s ’random’ don’t expect anything special. Customer also service quit responding when I sent photos showing the used parts. To be fair, this is a good club if you want a fun monthly surprise and don’t care about value except for the used parts. Sending used LEGO is unacceptable.
I’ve been a member for over 5 years now and LOVE it. I have such a huge collection of minifig parts and pieces now because of them. I also love the little magnet character you get every month. But what I love the most is the FB group and the daily flash deals so my monthly pack ends up being pretty hefty some months.
I don’t know if I’ll be able to quit this club.
Been charged for three months and never received a product. They were very rude when I emailed, telling me that what was literally written on their website was not how they operate. Refused to refund. Had to file a dispute through my bank and hoping that will take care of it.
I have been a member for 6 months, they take your monthly subscription automatically out of your bank account like clock work but have yet to recieve a package.
They just charge your account and never send any products. Total scam
