Paid up front for a six month subscription and never received a single box. Tried chat and email to check status with no response. Fortunately, I paid thru PayPal, so received a full refund. Do not order from this company.
I ordered this as a gift for my son. One month later, nothing sent and seller not responding to emails. Hoping PayPal will get my money back. Do not order from this company.
Ordered this as a gift and didn’t even receive one of the boxes. This is a scam!
Looks like we’ve been scammed. Like the other reviewers, received one box then nothing. I paid for a 6 month subscription. I’ve tried to contact them several times, several ways but nothing! Don’t fall for this.
Same story as everyone else. Bought a 3 month subscription in December. Never got another box and no response to emails. Have to go reverse the charge with my credit card company now.
After I left my previous review, I sent the owner of The Climbing Box a DM on Instagram and he responded. He says some boxes shipped this month were returned so he will resend mine. I hope he follows through, so I’m upgrading my rating but only to Average since he doesn’t have a good customer support process in place.
Subscribed for 3 months starting in Dec. Received first box. Second box didn’t arrive. I’ve attempted to contact them three different ways over the course of a couple of weeks and so far no response whatsoever. I do not recommend this subscription service.
Got one box, then the seller went dark for 5 months. When I asked PayPal for a refund, the seller sent me some 2004 and 2007 climbing magazines and chalk. Not quite worth $40.
