    The bacon appears to have been improperly sealed and it went bad quickly. This happens.

    However, I wrote their customer service around Feb 24 and their system replied quickly that they would get back to me in 3 days. I followed up with an email to [email protected], the sender of the auto-reply on March 18, April 2, April 18 and no further communication was forth-coming.

    I won’t be going back.

    I’m very disappointed that a company would take advantage of humans love for bacon. I only lost 40 $ I have waited 6 weeks no bacon and no response from Baconarium. I have done my research and they are a registered LLC and have rave reviews except when you check with the BBB they would not a credit this company and rate it at the low end of the reputable company scale.And of course they have reviews that sound just like my complaints.

    I ordered from them and 5 weeks later not one word or return e-mail on my order!! I canceled my order because of their very poor service! Not one answer to my e-mails,do not order from this company they have no respect for the custermer !! A TOTAL RIPOFF ! Order7208

    this company is a scam… they do not stand by their product… product shipped 2/15/21, product received 3/1/21…. TWO WEEKS SHIPPING!!! ok things happen BUT Bacanarium refuses to answer my e-mails NOR do they provide a telephone # (anywhere) , no surprise there…
    they have no issues with sending me e-mails to tell people how wonderful their product is but can’t respond to fix the rotten meat problem!!!!
