This company is very poorly run. I have a six-month subscription and will not be renewing it. I didn’t mean to renew it the first time – if you leave your payment information in your account they’ll renew even if you’ve canceled already. The products are not worth the subscription price, and there have been no shipments for over three months. Customers are encouraged to “have patience” and told it’s a family-run business that has had illnesses to deal with; that overseas shipments have been canceled or delayed; and that they’re working hard to get our items packaged and shipped. Meanwhile, they sold new subscriptions and special one-off items. I don’t know if it’s abysmal business skills or a scam, but I suggest you just go to Staples and spend your money there.
Scribedelivery is having issues with their suppliers and are months behind on their deliveries (but they have no issues charging people’s credit cards).
