Complete Scam artists. Take your money, send nothing, can’t get hold of them. Crooks! Avoid!!
Unfortunately, very expensive postage and only ever received half of the books. No tracking ever provided. What a shame, the concept is good but the reality far from it.
SCAM COMPANY. Tries to hide the massive cost of delivery, the doesn;t deliver (nothing for 5 months) then impossible to contact. Save your money.
I have to echo the review from Alex. You may feel you are doing a good thing by using this company but they are difficult to contact and only 50% of books have arrived so far. I am aware that this may not be their fault but in their FAQs it states “We use Australia Post to send all our packages. You can check your tracking number via there tracking tool on their website”. Shame it is proving so hard to get a tracking number. So in summary, there is no personal touch and no contact telephone number when it comes to support. So at this rate we might end up with 6 secondhand books at $15 each plus postage (don’t ask) and doing anything about it is just too hard.
I placed an order at the beginning of April 2021, have sent numerous emails and have yet received one book or a response. DO NOT purchase this product.
Awful customer service, don’t reply to emails at all, so hard to get in contact with them if you have any issues and the books they send you are the type you find in the 20cent reject bin at the op shop. Such a shame as I love supporting small businesses especially ones that reduce waste, but this subscription is such a waste of money
