    I’m pissed off I order a box on November 8th one month later and no box or reply to the 5 emails I’ve sent.
    I do not recommend this at all

    I flat out never got my box, the only contact they have are through support tickets. I sent in 2 and never got a reply. I’ve given them chances to get me a box I ordered 2 months ago. -10000/10 I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy or satan himself really.

    I ordered a January box and extra items. It is now end of Feb. I have not received my January box or the two extra items I ordered. I have been billed for my January box February box and both extra items and nothing has shipped. I have put in tickets and receive no responses back. In early February after emailing them I received an email that they’re trying to catch up on orders after taking over the company. No further response three weeks later and nothing has shipped either.

    I ordered a 3 month subscription for my son. He got 1 box. I opened a ticket to cancel after the third box. They charged me again and will not respond to the 3 tickets I have opened. I am filing a fraud claim with my bank.

    The worst subscription box I have ever dealt with. The charging times are very unusual and somewhat confusing. It is now May and I have not received my boxes for March or April. When I emailed them they seemed very caring but then did not fix the situation at all. Very frusting and difficult to deal with. The value for the box feels way less than what you pay for.

    Missing item from the box, I bought 6 months as a gift for husband. I emailed them to say I did not feel like I was getting good value for my money. Never asked them to cancel but they took it upon themselves to cancel my account. I guess the customer service rep they have “edward” didnt like my feedback. There are way too many options to deal with snotty service like this.
