    lame, lame, lame..
    ordered 10 days before Christmas with a Christmas Delivery Guarantee. Family has all gone home and just received order on December 28th. impossible to find out what the guarantee is?? Never rely on them to enhance your holiday celebration they can’t pull it off and apparently don’t care.

    First time ordering I ordered nearly $90 worth of pretzels for my father for Christmas with a Christmas guarantee from the company, the order has not even been handed off to the mail service to deliver and it’s Christmas Day. I’m a horribly disappointed I can’t believe I wasted $90 on this and I will leave a bad review on every site I possibly can find for this company.

    AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THEY HAVE ONE. I BOUGHT 6 AND ONLY RECEIVED 4! CAN’T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE!
    I WILL NEVER BUT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 😡

    Due to poor customer service. Never received product. They will not send new order or refund money. Do not recommend for this reason

    Order confirmation not received from the company
    Not able to talk to a single person
    Had to text a person which never resolved the problem
    No confirmation ever received
    But yes they still charged us
    Big problem

    I bought 6 containers, 3 flavors to put in gift baskets. I was very disappointed because they were all stale. I will not order from this company again.

    I have always enjoyed your pretzels in the past. Unfortunately, my order from July 1st was stale. I did not try each container since I gave away a few as gifts. I was disappointed with the ones I did keep. Since there is no date on the container, I really do not know how old they were. I think it would be beneficial to the customer if a date was on the packaging.
