If I could give zero stars I would. This has been the worst service I have ever received. Made my first order in August 2021 I have only received 3 of 6 boxes and have been chasing the missing boxes for months. That’s 3 boxes in nine months, with one that has gone missing apparently. Keep getting told they have been shipped, made to chase DHL myself with no tracking numbers, sent the wrong tracking number, not responding to emails, telling me it’s been shipped or shipping soon and then when I follow up I get told it hasn’t shipped yet, I understand that COVID-19 has created delays for shipping but nothing else I have shipped has had the issues this has had. Not to mention the poor customer support also.
Avoid at all costs, go with any other if you are still interested in a product like this.
