Here’s my experience with Nadine West after two deliveries.
The shipping/return bag is flimsy and arrives with multiple holes that you have to tape up in order to return. The first bag had part of a shirt hanging out. That bag was way too small for the items. The second one was bigger. The adhesive strip I was supposed to use to seal the bag for return was damaged and folded over on itself both times, so it was useless.
Why can’t they use a box?
I didn’t like not being able to check out online. You have to rely on the package getting there on time, without ripping or losing items, and for employees to accurately check in everything. Too much room for error. It was anxiety producing.
The clothes were ALL knits, even the pants, and mostly very thin.
Jewelry was cheap and tacky, plain metal and boring.
Customer service was very responsive and helpful, though, the one time I contacted them with a shipping question.
I did keep a couple of shirts.
Overall, I much prefer Stitch Fix or Dia.
You can find better quality and customer service at WalMart. The clothes are overpriced and fall apart after wearing them once. When I decided to cancel to try a different service it took over 4 months to get it done over email because there is no way to change it online or a phone number. I ultimately had to go to my bank to get it stopped because they were charging me for things I never received.
