They don’t take business professionally and instead very personally.
They asked for opinions, I gave mine in a very respectful manner. I guess I didn’t make it fluffy enough to blend with others sharing the same opinions.
They quickly and swiftly kicked me out and banned me from the chatter group and shortly after, cancelled my order for the Amo Jones box due to my comment. I never asked for any refund.
It’s been radio silence since. No reaching out. No responses to emails.
Zero. I’m so disappointed. My friends rant and rave about this company and I got screwed for being too loud and giving them an opinion they asked for.
