Located in the Driftless region, we grow organic wheat, spelt, rye, and open pollinated corn. Our grains are stone-milled into nutritious flour and cornmeal by Lonesome Stone Milling in Lone Rock, just a few miles from where they are grown. As a staple of the kitchen pantry, folks can now add certified organic flour and cornmeal to the list of locally produced items in their cupboard.
