I thought the summer box was okay, but the Tokyo light handcreme tube was all mashed in, I contacted Margot Elena regarding the option to receive a replacement, never heard a word from them,and I have been a subscriber for quite awhile, not impressed!!! C’mon, Margot Elena, really…….
I have been getting this box for a couple of years now. While I have let many other subscription boxes go, this is a definite keeper. The items are exquisite, beautiful to look at, smell wonderful, and feel marvelous on the skin. It is worth every penny! LOVE this box!
I’m picky about subscription boxes and don’t get many anymore. This one I love! Gorgeous, full-sized products from their best-sellers list, all wrapped up like a basket of gifts. I use almost every item, but gift one or two from each box. LOVE!
Beautifully packaged. Ton of items to explore in each box. I’ve found a few favorites and highly recommend this box.
Meh. I know a lot of people that love this box, but I just can’t get on board. I actually love the scents from Lollia, but what has come in this box is mostly from the less expensive Love and toast line, and the items are also the cheaper products – lots of hand creams and bar soaps.
Plus, the customer service is beyond terrible, which is what ended up being the nail in the coffin for me.
