    Maybe the books are good. The packaging is nice. But the customer service is LACKLUSTER. I called because this package showed up on my doorstep. It’s most likely for the previous renter. I got a lady named Shauna (sp?). She had an attitude soon as she began to speak. And she spoke quickly as if she had explained this one thing to me 10 times although it was only seconds of a conversation. What little customer service skills she possessed were appalling. Buy your books off Their customer service is stellar!! Or choose a different subscription service with a level of care. I’m going to repost this review all over the internet and I’ll donate these books

    Called to cancel my subscription because they kept sending me baby books and my son is almost 5 and I said that when I signed up and they still continued to charge me after I had cancelled do not reccomend them

    Loved the 2 books I received. Giving them to my son as a birthday gift this week. However, I agreed to pay for the shipping of the FIRST 2 books. I DID NOT agree to a monthly charge of over $30 a month! I want my credit card information removed from the system and I definitely DO NOT want my card to be charged again. Please cancel my subscription.

    I would not recommend this website. I’ve been trying to cancel for a month now. Cant get an email response or a person on the phone. This is really frustrating.

    Cancelled subscription and returned package. They said a few days to process a credit (refund). It has been 2 weeks since they received my package and I still have not got my money back. They won’t respond to my emails either.

    I absolutely love these books the packaging was done with care and the books are so adorable ! Unfortunately I had to cancel my monthly subscription BUT was told they also have a 10 week subscription of I wanted to try that. I will definetly be reopening my account with them once we buy and settle into our new home..The gentlemen that assisted me over the phone was so helpful and very nice ! I would highly recommend ! People commenting that they cant find contact info but all I did was Google their company I also noticed I had the contact info on the thank you slip in the box delivered.

    DO NOT use this company. Be prepared to wait on hold for awhile to cancel, if you leave your number to be called back, they more than likely won’t. Took multiple calls 2 emails to cancel. Only to be told they shipped another order while the charges were pending even though I had emailed weeks before to cancel. So they couldn’t and wouldn’t stop the pending charges. Told me to return for refund minus shipping. This company is making a lot of money on canceled subscriptions just in shipping charges. You can buy these books on Ebay so much cheaper. Notified my bank, if they make anymore charges they will file fraud charges against them. I’m contacting the Attorney General as well. Their site says no contract, easy cancel. That’s hogwash. They don’t even have an actual site to log into. It states Little Bird when looking online, yet when it had me create an account it wanted to charge me 14.95 asked for my credit card. I got off the site immediately. When I finally got through on the phone the woman said we don’t have a website to log into. Well it says Little Bird Delivery, she said that’s us but you can’t log into an account, hmmm sure ok. This place has multiple other sites hooked to it. I would avoid them. There are other book clubs that have sites you can log in and cancel shipments before they go out or you cancel your membership right on your account online. Even trying to leave this reveiw it has adds to subscribe to stuff. Avoid this company at all cost, literally.

    For those of you who can’t figure out how to cancel, call 1-855-680-3350 because I called that number, someone answered within seconds and he had it canceled within just a few more seconds. Super-easy.

    I really liked the books , but I had to cancel . Which I did the the 1st part of May.I mailed books back and still have not been credited to my account . $35.98 plus a over draft of $35.00. I am so upset you had no right to use my account after I canceled . I’m on a limited income and $70.98 is a lot of money . I should not have to mail you my bank statement.but am doing so at your request . Please put my money back.

    What a great unboxing experience. They are very high quality books, and worth the cost. My daughter gets so excited every time we get a shipment, and can’t wait to read and interact with these beautiful books. Keep them coming!

    I canceled my subscription a few months back with no problem and BAM another email this week saying they sent out two free books charging my card a $1.00… Ahh I DID NOT agree with them charging my card this amount after my first shippment and cancellation with them. Now I have to figure out how to fix this. Please do not order from them they will continue to take your money even after you cancel with them.

    I received the first box today and the books are very sturdy and cute – great for the under 2 crowd. However they are too expensive for me to continue so I called customer service at the provided number on the Welcome letter. The wait was very short and she was very nice; I had no difficulty canceling. Thank you Little Bird! My experience was quite different from some of the reviewers.

    These guys are cheaters . The staff of customer care are so so rude and bad listeners. Plz never ever get fooled by their offers. Have been already cheated. While cahrging money they are first to do that.

    I canceled my shipment and they still took the money so I called and canceled again not very nice. They said package was shipped and order was canceled and money would be reversed. Well still no money reversed and I wasn’t home to receive package so iit went to fed-ex. I called back and she told me I would get my money when they get there package. With the reviews I read, why would I trust them. So I’ll dispute the claim and show my bank the email, get my money and when I have time call fed ex and tell them to return to sender! These people are a joke. And then four LITTLE BABY BOOKS FOR ALMOST 40:00 they’re nothing but a scam. Please don’t order.

    I got my refund but they still charged the expensive handling and shipping fee $5.99, so you will not be able to get the full refund since they won’t refund the shipping and handling fee even though you did not open the box or received it, but rejected to receive it. It is not worthed to pay that much for few books.

    High quality books worth the price but wish there wasn’t an additional shipping charge, I value books I grew up with a librarian for a mother and have enjoyed the subscription. Just not the additional shipping fee, most boxes include it in pricing.

    I need to cancel a subscription with Little Bird Delivery and there is absolutely no response or contact information, they will keep taking your money at their discretion. DONT SUBSCRIBE AT ALL.

    my mistake………
    I will eat this cost, didn’t realize it was a monthly agreement for such a large amt for books I can get at goodwill for $1 each.

    spent four minutes on phone with floor supervisor Jemial She was very RUDE and kept saying I was being rude when NO I WASN’T I had to repeat name 5 times & phone number 4 times.
    After I was done with her I have now decided I will go post ONLINE about the service that I got with your company and how I recommend NO ONE DO business with you!

    & after that CRAP I am now contacting my bank & gonna let them know about the charges & see if they can go after for fraud charges. YOUR recurring payment info should be a little more OBVIOUS so people realize what they are going to be charged BEFORE the charges go through.

    Been teeing to contact their customer service to cancel our subscription; half the time, the emails bounce back. The rest of the time, I get NO RESPONSE.

    Horrible company, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
