Don’t do it! Was charged TWICE for something I never received. Was given a fake FedEx tracking number. This is just a fraud. They will tell you they will refund your money but it’s a lie. They are criminals.
BEWARE!!!!!! I ordered my first discounted package in November in which I recieved. THEN in December they charged me on the 2nd of December AND on the 20 full price!!! This is supposed to be a monthly subscription not twice a month and I didn’t recieve any other packages besides the first one! THEN I went to log on to view my account and it say invalid user!!!!! Thank God I cancelled the payment method I used becsua they tried to charge me AGAIN in January!!!!! Never responded to emails either. DONT GIVE YOUR INFO TO THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM!!
Terrible. I placed my order on December 12, 2022 and I was supposed to receive it on 12/22! Guess what? I didn’t receive and I assumed perhaps it was because of the storms. I waited another 2 weeks and nothing. It is now January 9th and I get a response saying they are reconfiguring their website and I can either have a re-ship or a refund in a couple of days.
Mind you, no one ever reached out to me. I had to email on 3 separate occasions. Terrible company!
I ordered a subscription box and never received. Now all of the sudden, the website does not exist! I have seen past reviews where people have gotten their order or a refund. If Instapour is no more, then all the orders that were paid for and never shipped need to be returned!
This is a scam. That took my money TWICE and I never got my order! I got a notification that it was coming with a date and even got bogus email interactions. Now when I try to go to the site it acts as if it doesn’t exist.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!
El Murcielago was a wonderful drink, I would definitely get this one again!
I would recommend this drink for any occasion.
