A Goodpath plan is an integrative set of solutions personalized just for you and your symptoms. Plans can include a 1-month supplement pack (like teas and supplements), a 4 week body and mind program (like online yoga, meditation, or journaling), nutrition tools (like diet guides and nutrition coaching), a quick relief pack (like ointments and devices), education (like advice guides) and tracking. Goodpath offers two types of plans: complete plans (which include all of the solution groups mentioned above) or lite plans (a subset of solution groups mentioned above).
