Fun, engaging. Far and away the most stellar customer service of all my monthly subscriptions. The online community is friendly and helpful.

Buyer beware! The games may be nice, but first, know that the subscription length – those little dots on their website, are each box you need to pay for to complete the game. Fault on me for not realizing this, but the site really doesn’t make it clear that, to get to the end of “on the run”, you need to buy seven boxes! So, the about $25 box becomes $175 to complete the game! I told them of my disappointment and how their website does not make this clear, and maybe I’m the only one that was duped (or maybe it’s intentionally this way), but I don’t see any changes made after my complaints.

Next, be sure to watch your subscription. Used a 2 month groupon, and was billed for the second shipment… then was sent and billed for the second one again… then got another shipment, two months later, of two of the same box.

Also, their emails about sending a box are lacking – they don’t say what they are sending – just a subscription. Not which box or which game. It might help nip duplicate shipments a bit if we could see what you are sending, and I’ve mentioned this after each of my two duplicate boxes, but no change…

So far, I’ve spent more time dealing with Breakout as a company than playing their game.

Because of this, I cannot recommend this subscription. Your mileage may vary, and perhaps, like the other reviewer, may not have an issue, but, I wanted to share my experience.
