This box was awesome. The owner will contact you to make sure she best understands your dog(s). She will ask about allergies, preferences, how hard they chew etc. The bow tie we got was so cute as well. She really worked with us, as we have a unique situation with two big/tough chewers and one elderly, soft chewer. Favorite dog box!!
