How does this company have a good review score. I have been a member for three months/shipments. First, they pay no attention to your set preferences nor the so called “notes to curator”. I selected that I didn’t like melon, first shipment included not one but 2 melon flavors. In notes to curator, I stated “please no The Vape Kitchen flavors I already have them all”, next shipment, you guessed it, I received a The Vape Kitchen flavor. Lastly, to be a vape subscription service,they never have the cards with the flavor descriptions, although they do take the time to make a note that says “some of the flavors have ran out of flavor card/flavor menu”. I then have to google the flavor. And the packaging is absolutely BORING. What a joke, especially when they are supposedly a “top end” subscription.
