The box itself is amazing….. when it finally arrives. I bought myself a 3 month prepaid subscription for my birthday this year (2022). My subscription was paid for late Feb. so I should have received my first box in March.
I live in the states, and it is my understanding (as it states on the website in at least two places) that the boxes ship out the second week of the month. When the box ships, an email with tracking information is sent to the subscriber. Sounds like they’ve got a great system in place, right?
My first box didn’t ship until the very end of March. I am still waiting to receive shipping information on the April box (today is April 27th).
During March, I reached out to the company through the email listed on their website with no response (honestly, I was concerned that my box had been lost or damaged in transit). I then reached out through their Facebook and was told the boxes were shipping out the following Monday (March 28th) and I should receive a tracking number by the end of that day. Surprise! I did not receive a tracking number. I did reach out again on Wednesday, (March 30th) to let them know that I still had yet to receive a tracking number, which went without response. I finally received a tracking confirmation email on Thursday (March 31st).
My feelings regarding this subscription box would absolutely be different if the company was better at communicating that boxes may be late due to one reason or another, or if they would respond to inquiries made. As it stands, I will not be renewing my subscription. Im sure there are plenty of other subscription boxes that operate within the time frame they promise and have better customer service.
