I paid $31.79 on March 14th 2023 for April’s Boxycharm box. Went online to do choice on April 2nd but it will not take me to my choices. My account under “membership” says, “You will receive your next box in May.” Why wont I get my Boxycharm box until May?
I use to love BOXYCHARM, but now I’m TEETERING on weather I want to continue my subscription with them the reason being ever since they started with BOXYLUXE they brought in all these DIFFERENT VARIATIONS of ITEAM’S I may be wrong but I believe they had something like 30 variations for the month of May before yes they had variations but it mainly was color variations which I’m okay with but when you see sneak peeks or whatever the ones truly getting what they are stating is going to be in the box is their PR PEOPLE they also do not pay attention to customers profiles half the time if they send out a product that is for light medium or dark complexions (I’m medium complected) I receive dark complexion products.
BOXYCHARM NEEDS TO GET BACK TO HOW THEY WERE. THE YOUTUBER THE NOT SO EVIL STEPMOTHER PUT OUT A VIDEO PEOPLE SHOULD CHECK IT OUT SERIOUSLY IT’S ALL ABOUT BOXYCHARM AND WHAT SHE HAS RESEARCHED ABOUT THE COMPANY IT BLEW ME AWAY!!!!
Definitely the best beauty box for the money. Great brands, great tools and full-size items! The variety is fabulous and they’re practical too.
I don’t have the disposable income for a sub box, but if I did, it would be a beauty box like BoxyCharm

Unfortunately, Boxycharm does not ship outside of North America but they are hoping to do so in the future. Free shipping only applies to the US; Canada shipping is $5 so it’s safe to say international shipping would be the same or higher.

Boxycharm is great for trying new makeup,I really liked the primer and gifted a lot of the box due to being overloaded with makeup at the time.
If you can only get one beauty sub, I suggest this one. This is the best beauty sub IMHO, and I have and do sub to quite a few. The value is amazing for the price. You regularly get palettes, brush sets, and other makeup/beauty items like lip products, the occasional skin care, nail care, tools, eyeliners, mascara, etc. This is the sub I have had the longest, going on two years, and I don’t think I will ever cancel. I love getting full sizes, not itty bitty sample sizes or off brands like other subs. This is the real deal!

I love this box and look forward to it every month. The products are always spot on and always something different I either wouldn’t think to get myself or might not be brave enough to purchase and try myself. This box has helped me step out of my “makeup comfort zone” and cannot wait to see what the rest of the year has to bring!

Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I canceled a 6 month gift subscription on Nov. 2nd. I got an email confirming my cancelation same day. Kept checking online to make sure it was canceled, seemed so. Come to find out, it wasn’t. I only knew this because the recipient told me after 2 months that she was still getting it. So i write them and here is what they tell me. Even though I had canceled on Nov. 2nd. They did not PROCESS my cancelation til Nov. 3rd, making me one day late to cancel. So they charged me $120 more dollars and won’t refund it. I have an email FROM THEM saying I canceled on the 2nd. Does this make sense? I will never do business with them again. They are frauds. I hope they go out of business.

I like that you receive full sized high end makeup, but I generally prefer to spend my money on something specific I pick out myself.
Love this box!!! It’s well worth you money and you are always almost guaranteed a awesome pallet and then high end products too!!
I like that Boxycharm is diffrent then all the other beauty subscriptions out there!! You get palettes from known brands, fullsize, no repeats on items(like some boxes) All and all this is a great box that I really enjoy and love!

This is a great subscription. I love trying new product, but i can’t commit to paying a lot for one item since i live on a budget.
