SAMUEL T BRUNSON 05.11.21 I purchased a 3 month gift subscription to try the service out. The first box in March was good, but then I didn’t get the April box and I contacted customer support who told me it shipped weeks ago. I responded that I did not have it and sent a screen shot of my account on their website showing it never shipped. A few days latter they responded saying it will go out today. Well they printed a shipping label that day, but we are two weeks later and they haven’t given the box to the post office. We are a third of the way through May and they printed a shipping label for this box but it has been sitting for more than a week without being given to the post office. The stuff is good when you get it overall this company doesn’t care about its subscribers as displayed by their poor customer service and total lack of accountability or follow through. At this point I really am running out of options other than disputing the charges to my card.
