We started 10dollarcoffee.com with the idea that great coffee shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. After all, unlike money, coffee grows on trees. We’re roasting 100% Specialty Grade coffees for $10 per 12 oz. bag. The best of the best. We’re shipping it the next day, directly from our roastery. As fresh as it gets.

Ordered a glass pour over coffee filter cone and had the worst customer service ever! No contact for over a week – but my credit card was charged the day I placed my order! Sent 2 emails – No response! Called the number on their website – disconnected number. Searched the address and found an expresso shop. Called the number and a man named Dave answered. After over a week of three dead, no follow through (lies) promises, I called my credit card and disputed the charge. Got my money back. Why have a business/ website when you obviously have no intention of taking care of your customers? At least communicate truth, NOT LIES! Shame on you, Dave!
I started a subscription with 10dollarcoffee.com in September 2015 – I’ve gotten 4 shipments (I subscribed to a 2-bag every 4 weeks plan). It costs me $20 per month.
Shipments have come as expected, nicely packaged in paper-looking foil bags with valves. The coffee (I get Organic Peru) is fresh and really delicious. Not too dark and very smooth.
I recommended it to my friends – it’s great coffee and it comes on automatic delivery. Excellent.
