Wish I could give it zero.
I’ve bought so many loot boxes over the years from all the companies and this one is by far the worst.
Paid extra for the “premium” and got two extra pieces of tat. Honestly like it came from a cracker. Came in plain boxes with a handful of random crap thrown in.
Box had been stepped on so a couple of the pieces of crap were bent or damaged.
Two emails to customer service, still waiting on any kind of reply
