Harvest Box started life in 2010 as a scribbled idea on a napkin. Founders George, Will and James were sitting in James’ kitchen one evening, sharing their woes of not being able to snack healthily between 9am and 5pm at their corporate jobs, where the vending machines were full of chips and chocolate bars. Luckily for Australia, they decided to do something about it, and the Harvest Box subscription service was born.
