I was billed twice before receiving any product. When I would send emails asking for tracking numbers, the customer service would send phoney emails that said tracking numbers were being produced and then hyperlink it back to their site with no information. I waited over 45 days to receive anything. Ever time asking where the product is and the customer service saying “it’s coming this week”. Horrible delays, terrable website when it comes to customer inquery and finding out when the product is actually going to arrive. I wouldn’t suggest using this company. My son is crushed, hopefully I find a better wrestling subscription out there. Not impressed at all.
I would like to sign up for a subscription to a wrestling crate/box but not sure who to go with, I’m mostly looking for wwe pops, t-shirts and dvds
