This is my absolute favorite of the 10 boxes I get monthly. The value is always FAR more than the 19.99 I pay each month, and it’s always adorable, USABLE items. But even more than that, the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. If I have a problem, I don’t even need to go through the website and follow a bunch of steps, I can always contact Casey directly and she always gets back to me within a few hours. She goes above and beyond to help fix any issues.
It’s just such a great company.
