Our teas are sourced from dedicated, responsible, and innovative tea farmers whose methodologies, principles, and quantities of yield align with the highest of artisan tea making standards including organic certification or following comparable standards yet have not pursued organic certification. All of our teas are sourced on a seasonal basis from a single day's harvest, batch to batch. We strive to select teas that stand out with a distinctive character and make them available to you at an affordable price. Because they are small batch they often disappear quickly.
