Terrible I bought a subscription box in early March and they just now mailed it out on july 16th. Tried to contact the company through email and phone about 100 times nobody ever responds. I want my money refunded and my subscription cancelled so I can stop skipping deliveries so the company doesn’t keep charging me for stuff I’ve never received.
They are a scam. They will charge you continuously and never ship a single thing. Ordered their box in January and have received nothing in July but they were happy to take my money. Had to cancel my card just to get it to stop.
Never received my box, charged my card several times took months for my bank to get the money back. Complete scam! Google them first, hundreds of similar complaints
Went two months without receiving my box, no refund no return message I am now disputing with my credit card company.
They stole roughly $970 from me through recurring charges that they would not cancel, without sending the boxes. They will not respond to inquiry via email or voicemail. Stay away from this company. The boxes don’t ship when they are supposed to. Forget trying to call the company and cancel subscription. They don’t answer the phone or return emails. I have reported to the BBB. AVOID!!
Got a ton of great lures in colors that I will actually use. Very impressed so far.
Poor customer service products not ship as stated per web site. No reply when I contacted the company. Avoid at all cost!
