I subscribed for myself and several of my friends for Christmas presents about 5 years ago. The first years were great, exceeded expectations for a subscription service. Was signed up for auto-renewal. In the last 2-3 years, quarterly shipments failed to arrive. One year, there was 3 shipments all at once. I discussed this with customer service and was promised improvement, that the delays were due to Covid and supply chain issues. I think I received 1 or 2 shipments total for 2023. Unfortunately, my purchase auto-renewed for 2024. Have not received a single shipment this year. Was promised a refund and have yet to see that. Would recommend avoiding at all costs.
