Do not buy junk in the box, they also create a label when they are supposed to ship but don’t ship till a week after my dog got spleens as a trip I opened it up and almost threw up it smelled so bad, 2 tiny little toys a face mask which I will never use and a little apron belt like construction workers use all junk, I’m mad at myself for not just trying a month instead 3 months for 116

0 customer service. I emailed them (because that’s the only form of communication) about a broken item. They said I could take a $5 credit or resend the item. I asked for a replacement. When I never received, I emailed again. They stated I never replied, which I had because it was in the string of emails. 3 months later I still haven’t received a replacement and they refuse to answer any emails. It’s a rip off. I stopped subscribing to the box because it’s a repeat of cheap treats my dog refused to eat and toys every month.

Worse company I have dealt with. Will not reply to my emails which is only contact. Not only did I subscribe but purchased past box which claims to ship next day, over a week nothing. Purchased for a gift to a party. Well, had to buy ANOTHER gift. Thanks a lot.

I weanted to love this box. I got a 3 month subscription for Christmas and wanted to like it enough to renew so me and my pup could get a little joy every month. December was great the box seemed to have a lot of value and both my dog and a I liked the products. January then came and there was a muscle cream that I would never use and suspected that it wouldn’t be super popular among a large group of people- I wrote an email to the company to voice my opinion and got a generic answer back. Then February came- my dog has been having stomach issues and was recently diagnosed with a chicken and beef allergy. I voiced my opinion that there is no option to say your dog has food allergies and that one of the “toys” in the box was way too small to give to a medium/ large dog. Again generic reply back with no solution to this problem. I now have 3 of the products in the box with absolutely no use for. Also my dog wasn’t interested in the second toy in the box at all which is unusual for him and one of the mom products was a wine bottle cover- I’m not a drinker so that will never be used either. I think there was 2 products in this last box that will get use.
So overall customer service needs to be stepped up and more thought needs to go into the products that are in the box.
