I received a box of salmon and snapper today as a gift from my daughter and I was home when it was delivered. I could smell a gross fish smell before I even opened the box. I opened it and there was NOTHING cold in the box…2 freezer packs which were hot and the fish package was opened. I called Oceanbox 4 times and left messages. Always an automated message with no customer service to speak with anyone. I also sent 2 emails and my daughter emailed them. I cannot send it back FedEx unless I have a return label and I don’t want that stinky box in my fridge. Due to the way the fish was delivered and the fact that they have NO customer service I would NEVER recommend Oceanbox to anyone. Extremely disappointing….
