I bought a 3 month subscription for a friend. 5 months later I realized they were still sending him boxes and had charged my card for a second 3 month subscription. There is no way to cancel your subscription on their website and they require that you email them. I’m still waiting to hear back. This company is predatory and I do not recommend them.
Poor customer service and Greedy. Forget trying to reach an actual person or getting a refund. Bought 6 months of boxes as gift for Fathers day.. they “renewed” me 6 months later with no warning for over 200 dollars! Their answer was to send me an email, asking to upgrade me for an additional 6 months beyond the newest charge, at a discounted rate. They stole out of my family’s budget, period. What was supposed to be a nice gift for someone who is hard to shop for, became a hard-ship. Charleton business practices:(
They claimed they were “sorry I was suprised by the charges”…. who are they kidding- if they didn’t want to “suprise” people, they would send a renewal email of some kind like most Honest companies do.
I had a regional subscription for two months. I still haven’t received my December box and it was billed on the 3rd of December. I tried to contact customer support and never got a response. DON’T WASTE YOU MONEY!!!
My favorite fishing subscription box. Monsterbass is far and away the best option. I’ve had it for over a year now and they never disappoint. Katie in Customer Service is the best and Rick the owner is always available to talk.
