    I ordered these chocolates for my mother-in-law as a gift. They were a huge hit! She loved the chewy caramels and fresh nuts. I’ll be ordering more soon!

    Awesome product! I live in a different state from my mom and I sent a one time gift box to her for Mother’s Day. Jackie’s Chocolate made sure she received the box by Mother’s Day (which was only 3-4 days after I submitted my order). My mom received the box and has been raving over the chocolates! She said she would save me some to try too 🙂 Will definitely use Jackie’s Chocolates again!

    I e-mailed two times and no one has responded.
    I order a lot.
    Please answer about order #20285. This was a $50..00 order.

    Buyer Beware!!! I have had a lot of trouble with this company. I placed an order on December 21st for some truffles and though they have charged me I have yet to receive the chocolates and it is March 4th. I have contacted them 4 times and have yet to speak with anyone or hear back. From other reviews I have read I am not the first customer they have done this to. I wish I had seen those reviews before placing an order with Jackie’s Chocolates. Additionally, I have had to email them for my November, December, January, and February subscription boxes when they were late. I have yet to receive my February box and on my account page, it shows that it has not shipped yet. This business has been nothing but unprofessional and I highly advise you to think twice before ordering from them.

    Stay away from this company for single non-subscription orders. As others have said, they simply have terrible business and customer service skills. I ordered over two weeks ago and besides an auto-generated confirmation email of my order – I have yet to receive the product or any communication on what is going on. When I reached out to them, they were very unfriendly and came across as insulted that I dare inquire what is going on with the $100 order I placed. When I asked if they knew when it would be shipped out the responded, “a couple days” without any detail. Well, a week has gone by and still nothing. I will be calling my bank and initiating a charge back whether I get the product or not. Scammers.

    Terrible Service, no follow up or customer service. Placed my order on May 5th and as of today May 20th I have not yet received tracking number, have not received follow-up email, have not received text or call advising where my shipment is. But they sure got paid. Have called them twice and each time. I am told they will call me back in 24 to 48 hours.. which they haven’t. Going to have the Bank dispute the charges. Will never order from them again.
