Signed up for monthly hot sauce subscription service, hot sauce never came, company did not return efforts to contact. Charged my card twice…totally bogus.
Don’t use this company! They’ve charged me for three months and haven’t received one bottle of sauce. Sent two emails, have received no replies. Not even a confirmation email at the time of the order. Their website does not list a phone number, so it is difficult to contact them.
Ordered this for my boyfriend, no communication, no delivery, was charged. Stay away.
Website doesn’t remedy mistakes at all. Absolutely zero communication!!! It’s like they don’t even care.
Avoid. Hopefully they wont keep charging me like the other review stated.
i signed up for a monthly subscription, they’ve sent me 3 shipments and have charged me 11 times. This is a fraud. I’ve emailed and called and cancelled online however they continue to charge me each month. STAY AWAY.
Not only was I charged for two consecutive months, they never sent one bottle and never answered any emails !!! Lame!
