Not happy with the size and amount that are in the coop crate box compared to the same price I pay for another chicken box monthly subscription.

The company address Is bogus. The email to cancel does not exist. I will report to the BBB.
I had been a subscriber of their box and had used their products because they were supposed to be trusted. In the end, using the mineral electrolytes (Vita-Chook) as per instructed (Extremely vague instructions were given btw) and I ended up with 14 dead dehydrated chickens! I tried to reach out to this company with no response from them. I spoke out against them on Facebook because of it and I still haven’t heard anything from them! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WASTE OF MONEY AND POSSIBLE LOSS OF YOUR PRECIOUS BABIES!!! This company DOES NOT care about you or your babies!! All they want is money!
Was double charged and there’s no real way of cancelling subscription unless you email and pray they will quickly cancel or you’ll be stuck getting a new debit or credit card..my chickens weren’t impressed with the box of treats …tiny packages of treats for being charged 34 bux ..might as well go to Walmart and dollar tree for toys and bigger bags of treats for a cheaper price..super disappointed
This box is TOTALLY overpriced. Almost $40 for a couple SMALL bags of herbs & treats for chickens, and why would I subscribe to a CHICKEN box that includes snacks for people????

I really enjoyed receiving coop crate. After about 6 months I started getting repeat items & after repeat items I feel the need to cancel.
Very underwhelming. I payed half price for first box and the value was no where near what I paid. Definitely not going to continue and pay full price.
I enjoyed this box for six months until the price went up with nothing extra and they literally started repeating the exact same boxes over again. Not cool. Do not order, it is a money making gimmick and not worth it.
If you look under the terms of service you will find their contact email address. I know this because I had to find it for my mother. They only will take cancelations via email.

They give you an email in their terms prescription. You have to email that specific email to cancel.
That email can not be found. I’ve been trying for months to cancel this box. House burnt and don’t need this any longer☹️
