I signed up with BlaccBox and I must say I was receiving packages regularly and I actually liked the curated selection by Jordon. Well over the months priorities changed and I decided that I was going to cancel. I was asked why and I simply stated “priorities changed”. I cancelled my subscription a while back and what do you know 2months or so later after I had received cancellation confirmation I received an email thanking me for upgrading to a higher package!! And so I checked and noticed that the charged me for the other months I didn’t receive anything due to cancellation. I am seeking to press charges. I even emailed Jordon multiple times and received no response!
Ordered my box in August and I was told several times it was shipped but Jordon was lying again and again. I asked for my refund back but Jordon told me to purchase the service again and I will get the items in my new purchase. I asked for my refund back again but he hasn’t replied. Do yourself a favour and don’t use this service it’s a scam.
Charged me twice and have yet to receive any products. Stylist contacts and says my boxes will ship and I have yet receive anything. Absolute SCAM

Took my money and got nothing in return…still have not received ANYTHING from them. Its been a month…
Blaccbox is a scam. Do not sign up for the membership, as they will continually charge your card and come up with excuses as to why you haven’t received anything in over a month.
