She closed down quite suddenly because she couldnt handle the volume of customers. Research.
This thing is a scam. I ordered a one-time box to try it ( in March ) and here I am, almost 3 months later and I have never received the box! I tried to contact the woman ( Brandy ) a month after the date I ordered the box and she told me she was a one-woman crew and just made boxes all night ( probably so I would feel bad for her ), then she said she was going to make sure my box was in the mail two days later. Another month past and still no box! I contacted her twice after the first time and no answer! Guess what? Now you go to Cratejoy and it says it’s sold out. You go to their Facebook page and it’s not there anymore! I’m from Canada and paid 12,95$ for the box + 20$ for shipping ( that’s more than the price of the box…. ) so a little more than 50$ for absolutely nothing.
ordered beauty box on 4/15/18 and I was double billed. Contacted [email protected] immediately and never received a response. Contacted seller again on 5/4/18 as I did not receive communication or goods. Filed complaint with my card services on 5/15/18. DO NOT BUY from this company!!!
Do not order this box!!! I prepaid for 2 different subscriptions thru Cratejoy, one for 3 months and one for 6 months. Received one of each, quite disappointed of the cheap and expired products I received but nothing since then, that was in February. Have made attempts to contact curator with NO SUCCESS OR RESPONSE!!!! Working to get refund from Cratejoy. SCAM!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
